Write a Letter

Guidelines

The most important thing

This is a space for love, acceptance and support. All letters will be reviewed before being delivered to anyone, so don’t worry about making it perfect.

Who you’re writing to

Your letter will be read by a trans person who may be going through a hard time. They could be at any stage of their journey – recently out, years into transition, or still figuring things out. Write to them as a whole person, not just as someone struggling.

What makes a great letter

  • Write from the heart. Sincerity matters far more than perfect words.
  • Focus on warmth, acceptance, and genuine connection – not advice.
  • Keep it personal and human. Imagine writing to a friend, not a cause.
  • Short is fine. Even a few kind sentences can mean everything to someone.

Write something supportive and affirming for the trans community (your letter will be reviewed, and may be slightly edited before publishing).

    Weekly Delivery

Receive anonymous letters from people who support you. Absolutely no spam.

Your details will never be shared.
